In Event 40 - Mixed Hold'em (Limit / No-Limit) $1,500, a $846,300 prize pool built by 620 players was the situation, and Fred Goldberg made the most of it. A $200k pay out in the new mixed format is not bad for a few days work, but the moment he pushed Rene Mouritsen to move all in with an inferior flush had to be the nuts.

1 Fred Goldberg $204,935 2 Rene Mouritsen $125,895 3 Christoph Niesert $82,804 4 Scott Bohlman $54,498 5 Kevin Marcotte $39,289 6 Joe Brandenburg $30,418 7 Michael Craig $22,813 8 Reza Zand $16,899 9 Karlo Lopez $12,252
